Ala began her career as an Architect, working for renowned architects Rem Koolhaas, Richard MacCormac CBE PPRIBA RA , Cezary Bednarski and Will Alsop OBE RA.<\/p>\n

She later joined the entertainment industry working with internationally acclaimed Architect and stage designer Mark Fisher OBE MVO RDI RIBA AADipl.<\/p>\n

As founding director of Lloyd Live Design<\/strong>, Roll Up & Rock<\/strong> and Event Sensory<\/strong>, she brings her experiences together, to lead a great team in delivering a variety of complex and bespoke projects.<\/p>\n

In 2014, 2015 and 2019, she was nominated as Set Designer and Lighting Designer of the Year by Total Production International, and continues to consult on production design for large scale international events.<\/p>\n

Naomi joined Event Sensory, and Roll Up and Rock, from a background of army cadeting, kinship fostering, childcare, pre school and nursery education. She has bought with her the benefit of incredible organisational skills and always brings the focus back to our neurodivergent young people.<\/p>\n

As Production Coordinator, she keeps everyone on their toes, whilst also being the on site go-to\u2019 for problem solving and extra creative input. She is a qualified boxing coach, and brings this discipline, teamwork and approachability to everything she does.<\/p>\n
