Situated on a wooded and tranquil Championship golf course, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive home is the perfect base for your Florida holiday!

Our house is finished to the highest quality standards and includes every possible convenience to make your stay as relaxed and luxurious as possible. Attention to detail is, and remains of paramount importance; from the beautifully landscaped gardens which surround the fountain flowing into the 30 x 15 foot pool, to the plentiful soft bath and beach towels provided. Every thought and care has been taken to truly make this a home away from home. With 2,400 sq. ft. of living area, there really is a quiet corner at all times. Our house has a beautiful formal lounge area, decorated in creams with muted burgundy accents and enjoying views of both the front and back gardens. Adjacent to this is the elegant dining room with seating for eight people and an attractive picture window as the focal point.

The spacious open plan kitchen and family area are truly state of the art. The large fridge delivers ice cold water and crushed ice at the touch of a button - perfect for those hot Florida days! The microwave comes complete with an electronic message pad to leave voice messages and alarms for your party members if you go out. The comfortable family room has a stereo television with cable channels, a DVD player with a selection of dvds and a surround sound hi-fi for days when you feel maybe less energetic. Off the kitchen, there is a nook for less formal dining. With large patio doors opening onto the deck and pool area, this is a sunny, bright and attractive room.

The master suite is truly exceptional. Consisting of a private sitting room with TV. Patio doors lead onto the sun deck and pool. The bedroom has a six foot wide bed and walk in wardrobe. Jacuzzi bath, shower and marble fittings in the bathroom. This is the ultimate in designer living! Decorated with subtle African undertones, this suite provides a peaceful alternative to the main house and provides of course, complete privacy.

There is a further master suite incorporating a Queen size bed, en suite bathroom with private door leading on to sun deck and pool.

The two further bedrooms are twin bedded and share a bathroom.

Our house occupies an enviable position at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large garden backing onto the 12th tee, appropriately named 'The Outback'. The screened pool area is secluded and perfectly placed for maximum sunshine throughout the day. With your own soft reclining sun beds, you really will be ready to unwind and relax into this very special holiday.
