“We Would Definitely Stay Here Again”
Whilst the villa benefits from being located in a secluded area of a private residential area, it remains no more than a few minutes drive from a range of local shops and restaurants. A further 10 - 15 minute drive along Highway 192 gives access to a far wider selection of restaurants and bars which will undoubtedly cater for everyone's tastes. The villa itself benefits from a non-overlooked pool and deck area which enjoys direct sunshine from early morning through to early evening. The heated pool meant we could return from a day at the parks and still appreciate the delights of our private pool through to very late in the day. The villa was well presented and was very clean throughout. All necessities were included, as well as a decent selection of books, CD's, DVD's, and games. Rooms were spacious and well furnished, and overall the villa was in very good order indeed. We would definitely stay here again, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

“This Place is Truly a Gem”
Our 2 week stay in this luxury villa was just that Luxury. Everything was in tip top shape from the landscaping to the deluxe interior with all the essentials one would expect. Pool was beautiful and heated with a great screened in patio and all the up to date pool furniture. Inside was immaculate with up to date furniture and carpet/tile floors. This place is truly a gem piece of property in the Highlands Reserve. We highly recommend to family and friends as long as they promise not to book our future stays. We will definetly be back in 2014 and 2015. Lots of new restaraunts in the area with ease to highways and Disney properties.

“Fantastic Villa!!”
We have stayed in villas in Florida 6 times over the past 15 years and this is the most luxurious so far! It was spotless inside and out and the pool man visited twice whilst we were there, ensuring the pool was very well maintained. The position of the villa at the very end of the estate means that the outside area is not overlooked at all. With 2 grown up children, they had plenty of space inside the villa and the pool area was so lovely - the pool was always warm from the sun being on it all day. The fact that the management company is located so close meant that any problems could be sorted quickly and not interrupt the holiday. The location is perfect – we love Davenport as it is so easy to get onto the I4 and hence to Disney, Universal, the shopping malls and the outlets. There is a choice of supermarkets close by including Publix just a few minutes away. We would recommend this villa to anyone. It is a real home–from–home and we would certainly want to stay again.

“A magical holiday spent in a villa which exceeded all our expectations”
Diane and Peter(the villa owners) were very helpful and efficient throughout the booking process. The villa is beautiful and the location would be hard to beat. Situated on a large secluded plot at the end of a cul de sac - this resulted in little traffic and "peace and tranquility". The villa itself was spotless, extremely comfortable and provided everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The free WiFi and international phone calls were added bonuses. The outside area was equally as impressive as the interior. Lovely pool (not overlooked) and ample, comfortable deck furniture - spent many happy hours there. We enjoyed our stay so much that we immediately booked again for next year!

“Peaceful and Luxurious”
The management company were courteous and efficient. The holiday home was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday being situated in a cul de sac and on the edge of the golf course. There is a super market close by and is close enough to the 192 and I4 to take you to the heart of the attractions. Would most definitely return to this villa.

“A great place for family reunion ”
Diane and Peter's home in Davenport was one of the highlights in our Florida trip. Beautiful outside and luxurious comfy inside. We absolutely loved it. The only concern was the traffic, but it was Christmas,unless you stay inside Disney, you just can't avoid the big mess on I4. We will definitely come back and tell a friend. “Absolutely wonderful”
After a long flight picking up the key was very easy. The house had the wow factor when we arrived and we instantly felt at home there. Pool and facilities offered were fantastic, there was nothing we found we needed even down to our park tickets being delivered promptly the next morning. Location was very good, only 20 minutes from all the parks. Supermarket was close as well. One of the best places we have stayed in Orlando. Diane &Peter were so helpful and the rental company also very good.

“Fantastic Villa – home from home”
A wonderful villa – we loved the location and private pool. Close to Disney and all main attractions but maintained privacy. Everything you could think of was provided. Would definitely stay again!

“Excellent House, Pool area and Location”
My Family recently spent two weeks in Peter and Diane's lovely house on Highlands Reserve. We have stayed in Highlands Reserve 6 times in the past but I have to say that this house was one of the best we have stayed in. The house was in perfect condition and very clean on our arrivsal. The large private pool area is the higlight of the house. We will be booking this house again next year.
